Rosh Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 500 to 1000 grams mutton/beef, cut into Small pieces
- 2 to 3 onions, finely sliced
- 2 tomatoes, Sliced
- 2-3 green chilies (as per taste), chopped/sliced
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 cup olive oil (as per need)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 garlic piece, Sliced
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add sliced onions and heat until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies. Cook for a
minute.
- Add Mutton/beef to the pan and cook until they are no longer
pink.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
- Add 1.5-2 liter water in it and leave it for at least 1.5-2 hours
at low flame or at 60 Co .
- When the water reduce to half liter and meat tender and cooked
well then add coriander powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, Sliced garlic fresh green chili as per
taste.
- Serve hot with naan or sada roti.
